Shipping Policy – P3T Farm

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

• Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days after processing.
• Expedited / Next-Day Air: Expedited shipping options may be available; however, delivery times are not guaranteed. Please contact us prior to placing your order if you need expedited shipping.

Note: Shipping times are estimates provided by carriers and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or unforeseen circumstances outside of our control.

3. Shipping to Alaska & Hawaii

We do ship to Alaska and Hawaii. Please be aware that shipping rates and delivery times may be higher and longer than the standard U.S. mainland service. Expedited options may be limited or unavailable depending on the carrier.

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Rates are determined by product weight, dimensions, and destination.

5. International Shipping

At this time, P3T Farm only ships within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.

6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

7. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

• Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, we are not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos so we can assist you with a claim.
• Refunds or replacements are subject to carrier approval.

8. Tracking Information

You will receive tracking information once your order ships. It may take 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
